PhoneBOX Stats is a powerful tool to help you get more from your PhoneBOX system. Running behind PhoneBOX is a comprehensive database which stores information associated with every call including duration, time, call date, location and much more. PhoneBOX Stats gives you access to this information, which is presented in both graphical and textual formats.

Search criteria to generate the exact statistics you require, either per show or across all shows at your discretion.

Choose which line groups to include.View inbound calls, outbound calls or calls in both directions.

Use data in many ways. Provide advertisers and sponsors with proof of increased activity surrounding their message, event or competition. In addition you can use PhoneBOX Stats to easily see how specific presenters, promotions, shows and other time related variables are driving up call volumes. There are three standard reports to choose from, allowing you to segment your caller information using many variables;

Reports can be exported or printed to share with colleagues and include in management or client presentations. Stats is licensed per PhoneBOX Server.
