Data Manager is designed to give you unlimited access and control of the detailed information collected by, and stored in PhoneBOX.

Use Data Manager to perform advanced searches, edit data, and provide reports. You can even interrogate your data to provide detailed caller profiles. With the advent of more stringent regulations from the Data Protection Registrar and a higher level of expectancy from the consumer we are all obliged to manage and make available data on request quickly and easily, but there is more. Data Manager allows you to both proactively locate previous callers who could contribute to an upcoming show, and research previous shows success rates using caller profiles from actual historical data,based on the dispositions you select.

Data Manager has web based architecture which means there is no requirement to load client software on workstations and also means the functionality can be accessed by any workstation on the network. Data Manager is licensed per PhoneBOX server.
